By using Carea, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may invite others to a care circle and control their access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, access data you are not authorized to see, attempt to break security, or upload unlawful content.

Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase a subscription, payments are handled by a third-party processor. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your billing period.

Carea is an organizer, not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data or profits.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the product or by email.
