Is this a medical app?
No. Carea does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Who can see the notes?
Only people you explicitly invite to a Care Circle.
How do invites work?
We generate a link and you share it via email or text.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes—raw data export and deletion are always available. PDF summary export is a premium feature.
What’s included in the PDF export?
Circle name, date range, and a chronological list of notes with author names and timestamps—no interpretation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime—access stays active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or proration.
Do you send reminders or alerts?
No. Carea is intentionally calm and non-interruptive—a central place to check in when you need to.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don’t sell data, run ads, or track you across the web. Access is strictly limited to people you invite.
